- fixed *ne (non-encoded links 121->139, 160->154, 174->104)
- separated choices in 174 (*errata, but had to be done to endode the links)
- encoded some left behind entities in the blurb
- fixed obsolete illustration filenames
- replaced the hardcoded license with an &inclusion;
- created errata list entries for some stuff that has already been corrected
  due to copy-paste from earlier books
- populated the illustrations section
