(This is the latex.xsl file I sent to the list in november 2006)

Update to the latex.xsl file including the new entities being used in the XML
files as well as the changes necessary to provide translations for different
languages (english and spanish currently being supported).

Character to LaTeX equivalencies based on http://www.bitjungle.com/isoent/
