+       A sinister quiet enshrouds the great city of Ghol-\r\8a    Tabras as \ 5éThe Azan\ 5é sails beneath the arch of its \r\8a harbour bridge and docks alongside its grand stone \r\8a   quay. The only citizens to be seen abroad are the \r\8a    guards of the Harbour Watch who quickly approach once \r\8a        the ship is safely moored. A sly-faced sergeant \r\8a      informs Captain Jenkshi that a night curfew is in \r\8a    force, and that a mooring fee of 100 Nobels a day \r\8a    must be paid by all ships arriving after sunset. This \r\8a        is a huge charge and Jenkshi complains bitterly, but \r\8a the Sergeant merely laughs as his protests. "Pay the \r\8a fee or forfeit your ship, Captain," he sneers. \r\8a       Jenkshi asks that he be allowed to pay tomorrow, so \r\8a  that he may sell some of his cargo to offset the \r\8a     exorbitant fee, but the sergeant shakes his head and \r\8a refuses his request out of hand. "The fee must be \r\8a    paid now," he growls, "and in coinage - not cargo". \r

+       Reluctantly the Captain pays the Sergeant using every \r\8a        last Nobel that he possesses, leaving him with no \r\8a    money to pay his crew or purchase fresh supplies of \r\8a  food and water in the morning. He tells the crew that \r\8a        he must sell some of the cargo to raise the money he \r\8a needs. A sale must be arranged quickly for he cannot \r\8a afford to stay in this harbour for more than a day.\r
+       Jenkshi picks a handful of his best crew members and \r\8a tells them to accompany him ashore to help him find \r\8a  someone who will be willing to buy his copper ingots. \r\8a        You offer to help him and he suggests that you take \r\8a  half his men and meet back at the ship at dawn. He \r\8a   tells you to accept no less than 8 Nobels per ingot. \r\8a He also tells you of two places he knows where a \r\8a     buyer for copper may be found: the Flying Fish Tavern \r\8a        and Coppersmiths Hall.\r
